Mizunara casks make up less than 1% of Suntory’s total casks. Yet Yamazaki 25 Years Old Mizunara is matured in Mizunara casks, and nothing else, for 25 years. Every second of those years is spent developing a deep relationship between this precious oak and spirit, from which emerges enchanting properties that express Mizunara at its peak.
